A key piece of our success at Franklin Flooring is our use of a Project Manager on every job. We utilize specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of every project, from its beginning to its end.

Our specially trained, experienced Project Managers shoulder the responsibility of keeping the project moving according to plan. The goal is to manage the project so that it finishes on schedule and within budget, while still meeting building codes, plans, and specs.

Most importantly, they are there to answer questions for you, not only before the project begins, but during and after the project is complete. Have an issue with maintenance a year or two later? Our Project Managers are available help solve problems because they are familiar with your location and how the flooring was installed.
