Franklin Flooring completed flooring installation and finishing work as part of the Workman Hall expansion at Eastern University. The $11 million project created a new integrated space dedicated to the liberal, fine, and performing arts, supporting the University’s academic mission and enhancing opportunities for learning, collaboration, and campus events.

The project scope included installation of wood flooring on the performance stage, sanding and refinishing of staircases and the Dean’s office, broadloom carpet throughout offices and theater areas, LVT in hallways and select office spaces, and ceramic tile in main corridors, restrooms, stairways, and fireplace surrounds.
