The Mail Shark project was a 60,000 square foot industrial warehouse space that has been transformed into a welcoming and modern office space with unique finishes. The main office area has a Shark comprised of metal washers positioned overhead with an ocean blue themed carpet tile centered down the main corridor. The ocean blue carpet tile is concentrated throughout the aisleways and then tapers off to the perimeter of the room creating a water splash like effect.

In addition to the main office area, the back of house includes a unique herringbone LVT pattern in the dining area displaying vibrant colors. The kitchen showcases large format ceramic tiles on the floor, with detailed tile inserts within the pergola, and a large tile backsplash above the countertops.

The multiple styles of unique flooring throughout the project completely elevated the space to make it one of a kind.
