Our Account Managers are trained to involve our clients upfront in the planning process, and to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Your Account Manager will keep you up-to-date with timely reporting, and will seek your interim approvals through-out the project.
When the project is completed your Account Manager will conduct a Post-Project Evaluation to identify things that were done well, as well as things that will be improved. This process ensures that your Project Team is continuously learning and improving their services for you.
